Berlusconi stared at them and dedicated songs to them, so irritating Bonasia that “she kept throwing herself at him, kissing him”, said Battilana.

During the dinner Berlusconi passed around a statue of the pagan god Priapus with a dis proportionate phallus, asking the women to kiss it. “At this point all the girls started to do erotic things to each other: they uncovered their breasts to have them kissed when they were asked — all this while the dinner was going on,” the two teenagers testified.

“The girls started to get up every so often to go to the prime minister and give him ‘a quick feel’ of his intimate parts,” they alleged. After dinner, as they walked to “the bunga-bunga room” — featuring a grand piano and a dancing pole — both the teenagers felt Berlusconi repeatedly touching their bottoms. One whispered to the other: “I’m scared. What do we do now?”

Several guests, including Bonasia, were skimpily dressed as nurses. Bonasia brandished a small whip. While the others danced and clapped, Minetti performed a pole-dance, stripping off completely before presenting her breasts and bottom to Berlusconi’s face.

By now Battilana and Danese were the only women still fully clothed. “Fede and Berlusconi urged the girls to take part in the game,” claimed Battilana. The two men said: “Come on, undress them . . . undress them . . . dance.”

“We were terrified. We were so tense and afraid we felt we were going to vomit . . . We kept saying no,” said the teenagers.

On the verge of tears, the pair told Fede they wanted to leave. He escorted them back to Milan, first telling them they could forget about the Miss Italy contest or a television career, and then reassuring them that they had behaved very well and had already become Berlusconi’s favourites.
